Vadim Marshev - professor of Department of Management, Faculty of Economics, Moscow State University; born in 1938; Doctor of Economics (1988), Professor (1990); graduated from the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics of Moscow State University (1968); 1968 -1972 studied at the graduate school of the Faculty of Economics; in 1972, Ph.D. thesis on "Static models of economic equilibrium"; Since 1975 he has been working at the Faculty of Economics of Moscow State University; since 1975, head of the laboratory of simulation modeling of national economic management at the Faculty of Economics of Moscow State University; since 1979, Associate Professor, Department of Production Management, Faculty of Economics, Moscow State University; in 1988 he defended his doctoral dissertation "Development of views on the management of the economy of post-reform Russia of the XIX century"; Since 1990, Professor, Department of Production Management, Faculty of Economics, Moscow State University. He prepared 21 candidates of sciences. Main taught courses: introduction to management, strategic management, history of managerial thought, management consulting. Research interests: strategic management, history of managerial thought. Since 2011, Director of the Center for Sports Management Lomonosov Moscow State University.

Sergey Altukhov

Professor of Higher School of Economics and Deputy Director of the Sport Management Centre of Lomonosov Moscow State University, PhD, Russia

Professor Sergey Altukhov is one of the most famous sports manager in Russia with practical experience in the organization of more than 130 major international tournaments - World Championships and European Championships, World Cups, Grand Prix Series and other international tournaments in Moscow. Sergey Altukhov took part in organization of more than 130 World Championships, World Cups, European Championships, World Cup stage, Grand Prix Series, international and national tournaments in Moscow for 25 kinds of sport. He is the author of the books "Event Management in sport" (2013), "Championship marked "Urgent!" (2015), “The tree Σ of sport management. How to Maneuver within the Labyrinths of the Profession” (2016), “World Hockey Forum: Strategies of Ice Hockey Development in the Global World” (2017), “World Hockey Forum – II. Innovation for the Future of Ice Hockey around the World”. Scientific interests also include topics such as "Public Management and Governance of Sport", “Event-Management in Sport”, “The New Paradigm of Doping Regulation in sport”, "Sports reform in China", "The rules of protocol and diplomatic etiquette in sports", "The New Cold War in Sport" etc.  Sergey Altukhov have an active community work. He is a member of the Expert Council for Committee of physical culture and sport of the Parliament of the Russian Federation, member of the International Association of Sport Economy, member of the Olympics Compliance Task Force-2024, editor of the web portal Sportdiplom.ru

Mikhail  Likhachev  

Russian footballer and coach, honored coach of Russia. Head coach of the Russian beach soccer team.

Mikhail began to play in football in  Dynamo (Moscow). Since 1986, he studied with Konstantin Krizhevsky. In 2000 he graduated from Moscow Pedagogical University (formerly Moscow State Pedagogical Institute named after N.K. Krupskaya)/ He taught at the Department of Physical Education of Moscow State Industrial University.

Coached the team "Dream Tim MIPT" (Moscow, 2006), "Strogino" (Moscow, 2009). He worked as a coach in the student team of Russia on beach soccer (2006-2007) and an assistant to the senior coach of the national team of Russia on beach soccer (2007-2009).

Sports Director of PFC Lokomotiv (Moscow, 2010).

Since 2010, he has been the head coach of the Russian national national beach soccer team (until February 2011, he is acting). He is one of the most titled coaches of world beach soccer. He led the team to victories in the European Cup, Euroleague, European Games, FIFA World Championships.

By order of the Minister of Sports No.71-ng of December 24, 2012,awarded the honorary title - Honored Coach of Russia.

In November 2017, he became the head coach of the Moscow Spartak.

Boris Morozov earned his PhD with concentration in Finance and Public Budgeting from University of Nebraska at Omaha in 2009, complemented by an MBA degree with specialization in accounting and finance from the same university (2004).

Dr. Morozov’s teaching and research interests include Public Administration, Finance, Public Budgeting, Financial Management, Public and Not-for-Profit Strategic Planning and Management, and Comparative Budgeting and Financial Management.

He has extensive teaching experience at both undergraduate and graduate levels in colleges of arts and letters, business, and public affairs and community service within University of Nebraska at Omaha, Louisiana State University, Idaho State University, and Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania. He has taught courses on finance, public budgeting and finance, governmental financial management, contracting out and privatization, corporate finance, small business finance, economics, and research methods, and received strong evaluations scores.

Boris Morozov has published multiple peer-reviewed manuscripts in national and international academic outlets such as Journal of Public Budgeting, Accounting, and Financial Management, Public Finance and Management, International Journal of Public Administration, and The NISPAcee Journal of Public Administration and Policy.

He is an active member of national and international academic and professional societies such as American Society for Public Administration (ASPA), The Association for Budgeting and Financial Management (ABFM), Western Social Science Association (WSSA), and Association of Government Accountants (AGA).

He held elected positions in academic and professional organizations (e.g. WSSA [co-chair of the Public Finance Section].

John Nauright

Professor and Dean of the Stephen Poorman College of Business, Information Systems, and Human Services, Lock Haven University, USA.

John Nauright is also Honorary Professor at University of Ghana and the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill, Barbados. He is the author and editor of 20 books on global sport including the award winning Sport Around the World: History, Culture and Practice as well as Long Run to Freedom: Sport, Cultures and Identities in South Africa; Making the Rugby World: Race, Gender, Commerce; The Essence of Sport and The Routledge Companion to Sports History. He holds a PhD in history from Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario, Canada. He is currently co-editing the Routledge Handbook of Race and Ethnicity in Sport and Sporting Entrepreneurs both with David K. Wiggins. He is a long-time supporter of the Montreal Canadiens and has published on the moves to save the Winnipeg Jets from relocating to Arizona and then bringing the club back to life.

Sergey Nemchinov 

Soviet and Russian hockey player, center forward, coach, manager

Pupil of the Moscow club "Wings of the Soviets." He played for Krylia Sovetov, CSKA, Lokomotiv Yaroslavl. In 33 games for the national team, the USSR scored 35 goals. Silver medalist of the 1998 Olympic Games. World Champion 1989, 1990. European Champion 1989, 1991. Silver medalist of the European Championship 1990. Bronze medalist of the 1991 World Cup.

Spent 11 seasons in the NHL. Two-time Stanley Cup winner (New York Rangers, 1994 and New Jersey Devils, 2000).

Champion of the USSR in 1985 as part of CSKA.

Champion of Russia 2003 in the Yaroslavl "Lokomotiv".

He ended his career in 2004.

In 2005-2007 he worked as a coach of the Russian team. In 2007-2009 he worked as the head coach of the youth team of Russia.
